Bursar
£40,000 – £45,000pa depending on experience.

We are a relatively small college of approximately 300 students and one of a group of 3 other schools; this enables us to offer a supportive family atmosphere where students and staff can enjoy their work and thrive as valued people and professionals. We have a mix of international and UK students and the students are industrious, hardworking and aspirational.

We are seeking a Bursar to support the current team in overseeing the College’s Finance & Accountancy and General Management & Administration.

Reporting to the College Principal and Group Chief Financial Officer, the Bursar is a key member of the Senior Management Team and responsible for communicating timely financial information and advice on College strategy in addition to overseeing the day-to-day accurate and efficient operation of Bursary functions. The Bursar directly manages a team of four staff.

The Bursar must have excellent technical skills in finance alongside an ability to communicate well at all levels.

This is a full-time, year-round role, working 37.5 hours a week.

Teaching Vacancies 

Maths teacher, flexible hours, hourly-paid.

Our highly-successful Mathematics department is growing. We have motivated and hard-working students and a supportive team. If you have a good degree and teaching experience, then please contact us.

Teacher of Chemistry required, up to A-level. Hourly paid.

Our highly-successful school is seeking to appoint a teacher of Chemistry to commence September 2019, for up to sixteen lessons a week over three or four days. The times and days are negotiable. Applicants should be good graduates and also confident to deliver A-Level and Oxbridge level courses. Teaching experience is desirable but not essential. 

Teacher of A-level Philosophy and Ethics (Religious Studies). Hourly paid.

Our highly-successful school is seeking to appoint a Teacher of A-level Philosophy and Ethics (Religious Studies) to commence September 2019, for up to six lessons a week over 2 or 3 days. The times and days are negotiable. Applicants should be good graduates. Teaching experience is desirable but not essential.

Teachers (all subjects) – 

We are keen to meet potential teachers in many subjects to work with our motivated and hard-working GCSE and A-level students.  Ideal candidates will have experience of teaching non-native speakers of English to GCSE and A-level and be sympathetic to individual requirements. Familiarity with working closely to exam board specifications is desirable.
